Following Robert Fink's return to Nine Inch Nails, Guns N' Roses recruit Sixx:A.M.'s guitarist DJ Ashba to join them for their upcoming tour.

AceShowbiz - Guns N' Roses have announced on their MySpace that DJ Ashba will join the band for their upcoming tour. The guitarist of band Sixx:A.M. will be filling the vacant position of Robert Finck, who has returned to Nine Inch Nails.
"Dj's a gifted, energetic guitarist that Guns N' Roses is proud to have on board!!" Axl Rose says in a statement. "We're very excited to have the opportunity to work together. Guns' radar has silently been aware of Dj's presence for quite some time! He brings a fresh approach to our particular brand of mayhem expanding the tapestry of Guns N' Roses live."
Feeling excited to hit the road with Guns N' Roses, Ashba comments, "It's an honor to have the opportunity to be a part of a band that I have always loved and respected." He adds, "I'm looking forward to working with Axl, who is not only one of the few great front men of our generation, but a true artist." No statement has been issued on whether he will permanently play for the band or just serve as a temporary replacement.
Guns N' Roses are expected to begin touring across America to support their latest studio effort "Chinese Democracy" this summer. Tour dates are still to be determined. Latest rumor suggests that they will hit the road with Van Halen and Creed.
