Another TV spot for "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" has arrived. Bringing out new footage from the "X-Men" spin-off, the compiled footage made for television introduces some of the mutants from Tahyna Tozzi's Emma Frost and Daniel Henney's Agent Zero to Kevin Durand's The Blob.
Other mutants highlighted in the spot include Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, Liev Schreiber's Sabretooth, Tim Pocock's Cyclops, Lynn Collins's Silver Fox and Taylor Kitsch's Gambit. First half of the spot contains footage that have been shown through previous videos, while the rest of the spot still manages to sneak in bits of never-before-seen footage.
Taking the focus of the story on the metal-clawed mutant Wolverine, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" serves as a prequel to the "X-Men" trilogy. It chronicles the violent and romantic early life of the titular character, including his participation on the Weapon X program and his complex relationship with Victor Creed. It will open in U.S. theaters on May 1.
