Lil Wayne has reportedly pushed back his rock-inspired album 'REBIRTH' for the second time, setting a new release date in June.

AceShowbiz - After being pushed back from April 7 to May 19, Lil Wayne's new album "REBIRTH", which will feature rock materials, is once again delayed. Becoming Wayne's first rock record, the album is now scheduled to make its way out across America on June 9.

If the new release date is proven to be true, "REBIRTH" will go head-to-head with Black Eyed Peas' "The E.N.D (The Energy Never Dies)". The album will, in addition, face off Billy Talent's "Billy Talent III", Maino's "If Tomorrow Comes ..." and Sonic Youth's "The Eternal".

In "REBIRTH", Lil Wayne will make a collaboration with Fall Out Boy in a new song. However, no words have been shared concerning the title of their duet track. Another singer rumored to contribute in the album is Avril Lavigne.

"Prom Queen", the first single off the record, in the meantime, has been released since late January. Featuring heavy use of Auto-Tune, the song rose to number 15 on Billboard Hot 100 and charted at number 16 on Billboard Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles despite its rock genre.
