Michael Jackson will record a comeback album and in doing so, he will reportedly work with Hip-Hop mogul will.i.am and R&B singer/songwriter Ne-Yo. According to reports from U.K. press, Kanye West is also said to have submitted a track for consideration.
Other big stars believed to have been signed to make contributions to Michael's new project are Timbaland and Rihanna. No word has been shared by Michael's management team regarding the rumor though.
Rumor that Michael Jackson and Ne-Yo will work together has been around the media since 2008. At that time, Ne-Yo said, "I'm submitting songs for the record, and I know a few other people are. But I don't know what he's keeping, I don't know what he's recording."
Up to date, it hasn't been uncovered on when exactly Michael will release his comeback effort. Words are, a new song will be brought forward before his live show dubbed "This Is It" is kicked off at London's O2 Arena on July 8.
