Adrian Veidt takes down an assassin sent to kill him, while director Zack Snyder and actors, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Malin Akerman, sit down to candidly talk about 'Watchmen'.

AceShowbiz - A day prior to the theatrical release of "Watchmen", a new and uncensored clip from the action fantasy movie has been uncovered. Courtesy of Max HD, the fresh footage features Matthew Goode as Adrian Veidt whose alter ego is Ozymandias. In the clip which starts around the 1:44 mark, Veidt is seen giving a lecture to a group of men before taking down an assassin who tries to kill him.

In addition to the exclusive clip, Max HD also includes interview with director Zack Snyder and two of the leading actors, Jeffrey Dean Morgan who plays The Comedian, and Malin Akerman who portrays Laurie Jupiter a.k.a. Silk Spectre II. While Snyder jokingly tells how he gets comic books in his younger years, Morgan and Akerman discuss their first encounter with the director.

Set to explode in U.S. theaters this Friday, March 6, "Watchmen" follows superhero-turned-vigilante Rorschach as he investigates the murder of his former colleague and discovers much more than a simple homicide case. Reconnecting with his former crime-fighting legion, he comes across a wide-ranging and disturbing conspiracy with links to the heroes' shared past and catastrophic consequences for the future.

Adapted from Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' comic book series of the same title, the Warner Bros. movie is written by David Hayter and Alex Tse. Beside Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Malin Akerman and Matthew Goode, it also sees Jackie Earle Haley, Billy Crudup and Patrick Wilson among many others in the cast ensemble.
