Plotting to drop 'Before I Self Destruct' in May, 50 Cent may 'potentially be going somewhere else' when his contract with Interscope Records ends.

AceShowbiz - 50 Cent has shared his plan on when he will bring forward his upcoming fourth studio album "Before I Self Destruct", claiming that he eyes for May release. The rapper opens up about the news during ABC's show "What's the Buzz" in New York.

"My album 'Before I Self Destruct' will be out in May," Fiddy explains to the show's host. "My record kinda got moved back because Eminem's record will be coming out before me because [Dr.] Dre will have completed his project before I can get Dre to finish the pieces I need to complete my project."

About whether or not he will stay in Interscope Records when his contract is over, Fiddy hints on a possible re-negotiation with the company. "My next album, 'Before I Self Destruct', is my fourth and the fifth is a greatest hits option for Interscope Records, so when they're saying [last album], my contract will be up and I'll be re-negotiating." He notes to "potentially be going somewhere else" though.

Beside discussing his new album, Fiddy also manages to talk about his new video game "Blood on the Sand". Being asked about where the video game's title comes from, he reveals, "Actually, it's been off a mixtape I produced for Elephant [Man]."

Previously, 50 Cent called his beef with Rick Ross a "bad timing." He commented, "It was publicity for his part why he jumped out there, but bad timing and no plan. He's gonna get mauled. People are gonna look at it like, 'Wow, that was like a Mike Tyson one-minute-and-thirty-second knockout. You didn't make it past your second week's sales.' "
