It appears that Carrie Underwood is taking her relationship with rumored boyfriend Mike Fisher to the next level as she is reported to have met his parents. Per People, the "American Idol" alum enjoyed a low key dinner with Mike's parents at the upscale Italian restaurant Fratelli which is located in the Kanata section of Ottawa on Saturday night, February 28.

Carrie and Mike, who in addition to his parents were also joined by a few friends, "seemed incredibly happy" during the cozy dinner, a source tells People. "They seem made for each other," the source continues, adding that "they sat at a private table and did their own thing."

Prior to the dinner date, Carrie was photographed cheering on Mike during a hockey game where his Ottawa Senators lost 4-3 in overtime against the Toronto Maple Leafs. During the match, Carrie was spotted sharing the luxury box with Mike' parents and a few other people.

Rumors on Carrie Underwood dating ice hockey player Mike Fisher began circulating in early January. At that time it was claimed that the twosome, who first met at the backstage of her concert at Scotiabank Place on March 21 last year, has "apparently been going strong for months." Both Carrie and Mike have not yet publicly admitted that they are dating though.
