R 'n' B singer Ne-Yo claimed he has spoken to Rihanna following her much reported alleged altercation with Chris Brown and said the songstress is okay. "I spoke to Rihanna. She says she's fine. She didn't go into detail about what happened. I understand it's a painful situation; I didn't push," so he told MTV News on Monday afternoon, February 23.
Furthermore admitting that he has seen the picture of Rihanna's bruised face post Chris' attack, which was made public by TMZ last week, Ne-Yo commented, "That just really - that hurt me to my heart, man." Though so, Ne-Yo insisted he wanted to talk to both Rihanna and Chris first before offering further comment on the issue.
"Again, I still don't know what happened, 'cause I haven't had the opportunity to talk to Chris yet. But to take it to that level really hurt my heart," he told MTV News. "I'm not going to crucify him. I'm not going to do that. That's still my homeboy at the end of the day. For it to go to that level was wrong. I won't say who was responsible. I won't pick no sides. I'm just saying it was wrong [that] it had to happen like that, and I'm praying for the both of them."
And for the time being, "all I can say is, I'm praying for both of them. They're both in my prayers. I haven't had a chance to talk to Chris yet," Ne-Yo continued. "I just wanna sit down and talk to that dude and just explain if he doesn't understand: 'That's not something that's excusable, bruh. You have to get a little smarter about whatever it is going on in your relationship. You have to get a little smarter about how you handle certain situations.'"

Iam really disapointed in chris brown behavior. No matter what happened he has no right to hit her the are two grown adults and he should not be hitten her or any other woman. I think he should be taught a lesson and this will send a message for other me who love to beat their women. Men it is only weak men beat their women who have no other method of solving a problem. chris you need serious councilling on anger management and self control. Anyway chris i still love u but it is the truth and i will pray that my god help you to be a better man and learn how to control your emotion and rihanna i love you too but think chris need help seriously and i pray that god heal all your scars physically emotionally and psychologically. Chris Brown should be horrified and ashamed of himself for what he has done to a beautiful and truly inspirational woman like Rihanna. I agree that we don't know what may have caused the attack; but nothing, absolutely nothing, gives a man the right to attack a woman. Shame on Chris Brown, and my prayers and thoughts are with Rihanna as she battles through this painful chapter in her life. By the way, I'm only fourteen and I was absolutely disgusted when I heard what had happened between Chris and Rihanna.

NE-YO Rocks!! I love the fact he is friends to the end with both of these two people and will not chose a side because all this taking sides stuff is wrong. We were not there and WE do not know what exactly took place. He has never ever been known to go balistic on any one before. So ya I do believe this was one of those odd things that took place. I am hoping the best for both!!
