Nearly two weeks after Rihanna and Chris Brown's alleged altercation that left Rihanna injured and Chris arrested, family members of the Barbadian singer break their silence to People magazine about the music stars' love relationship prior to the incident. They, moreover, open up about what they expect Rihanna to do in the future.
Chris, according to one of Rihanna's relatives, "flew so far under everyone's radar that we just didn't think he was that [abusive] type." The relative adds, "He was always looking after her needs, making sure she was happy." That was why, Rihanna's family found Chris' alleged attack on the songstress as a shock.
Taking into account of what has happened, Rihanna's father Ronald Fenty hopes his famous daughter can "move on" from her troubled romance with Chris. Another relative chimes in, "I don't want her to go back to him. I don't think anyone does."
The full story of Rihanna and Chris Brown's alleged blow up, happening on Sunday, February 8, plus details surrounding the clash will be featured in the new issue of People magazine, on newsstands Friday, February 20. The issue's cover will feature Rihanna on it, accompanied with a tagline that read, "Rihanna's Nightmare. Arguments, jealousy and hotel-room trashing. What led to the violence and how she's coping."
