The second season of 'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' will take a new time slot on Fridays, with new enemies and new fight.
FOX are gearing up the promotion of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" which will return for the second half of the second season on the new time slot, Friday, February 13. A promo clip has been released, promising "new fight", "new enemy" and "new beginning".
The return episode is called "Good Wound". An injured Sarah is guided by the image of John's deceased father, Kyle Reese. Meanwhile, Weaver's move to protect John Henry results in deadly consequences.
"Terminator" had been struggling with the ratings on the fall season and there were rumors that FOX would cancel it. But FOX entertainment president Kevin Reilly said, "We'll see where we are in the spring. If it does a job on Friday night, that would really be very, very helpful. We'd love to have those scripted originals on Friday night, doing a sci-fi little throwback to X-Files."
