Dawn Richard, one of the remaining Danity Kane's members, reached out to MTV, saying that she is devastated when finding out Shannon Bex didn't show up with them on the set of "Making the Band". She said, "As of right now, [Danity Kane doesn't exist]. It's devastating for me."
"You'll see me and Drea [Aundrea Fimbres] try and pick up the pieces on our own [on this season's show] - pieces that we didn't even make," Dawn continued. She also shared P. Diddy has invited all the three girls to the set of "Making the Band" but it was only she and Aundrea who showed up.
On question why Shannon didn't come, Dawn refused to answer it. She stated, "I don't know why [Bex left]. I think she's just happy. I don't want to even try to answer it 'cause that's not fair to her. I haven't [spoken to her] but I heard she's doing well with her husband and she got a house. I love her, but I don't know."
Rumor about Shannon Bex's exit from Danity Kane has been swirling in the media since October 2008. At that time, Shannon was said to resign from the group because she is fed up with the internal dispute between the remaining members and their boss, P. Diddy.

Shannon was my favorite hands down! and I do blame Aubrey she's changed into some fake persona and ive seen hookers who look better. You have to remember that this stuff all started because someone lied to Aubrey and told her that Diddy was going to have Dawn do a solo album. Time has proven that there was no such deal. Also Diddy has always said that Dawn, along with others, was working on his album and he wanted to keep it secret. That's was also proven to be true. The entertainment industry is full of shady characters and it has people that steal songs and create havoc in other labels for a living. I believe that an enemy or competitor of diddy floated that lie to stir up trouble. That ish with Aubrey and her appearance had been going on for two seasons and just added to the fire that the lie had already started. D. woods and Aubrey was going to a lot of parties together and they know who started all of this sh&t and they should expose these people to the fans.

I am starting to get the picture here! Aundrea just wanted Aubrey out! So bad they she would attempt to step down herself. From the first season after they were selected on MTB3 I knew something was up Aubrey and Aundrea! It appeared as if Aundrea and Dawn was extremely close. They all knew Aubrey was going to get kicked out (eventually)...Diddy kept saying it. D.Woods and Shannon was on the side of All or none...meaning all 5 in DK or none while Dawn and Drea perferred it to be DK3...that's the real split. Its obvious because when asked if they reached out to anyone it was ONLY Shannon...they could care less if D or Aubrey is in the group. Which is such a shame because these girls were not "ordinary" they had extreme talent...signing skill, dancing skill, looks, interviewing skills, modeling skills, fashion...you name it...its such a shame that they are officially over!

Dawn is a fake Whore. From the show if she shut her wack mouth the group would of still been together. Clearly, all the girls were quiet because they knew the consequence of saying the truth. However, she tryed to break the group up because she new there was a bargin for her. Meaning, she will be able to become a solo artist. And Que shouldnt even be talking.
