Heart-Pounding Trailer of 'Carriers' Arrives

Trying to escape a viral pandemic in the American West, four friends find out that there are more dangerous things than the virus itself in the newly-outed trailer of 'Carriers'.

A trailer for post-apocalyptic thriller "" has surfaced via Quiet Earth. The promotional video opens with descriptions over several epidemics that have hit civilizations throughout the century from the 1347's Black Death to the latest, the Avian Flu. It then continues by showing the devastating result of the latest plague and how four friends are making their way out from the infected area to survive.

Telling the story when a deadly virus has spread across the globe, "Carriers" follows four people as they try to make their way to secluded utopian beach in the Gulf of Mexico in order to survive the apocalyptic disease. Traveling through the back roads of the American West, their retreat plans take a grim turn as they set off a chain of events, leading them to a deadly battle against infected children, homicidal doctors, crazed survivalists, rabid dogs, and each other.

Starring , , Lou Taylor Pucci and , this horror thriller comes from David Pastor and Alex Pastor, who both directed the movie and penned the script. The Paramount Vantage film has yet to have its release date listed.

Another issue is maintaining deliver of medications during and after a pandemic. From heart medications to birth control to maintenance medications for ADHD and autism. Regulatory and normalcy can partially sustained if planned for. Sadly H5N1 or bird flu continues to spread around the world slowly like a bad weed. H5N1 just cropped up agin in a part of India resulting in killing thousands of chickens and export bans of eggs and poultry. We still have no defense against it other than hand washing, social distancing and staying home. Tamiflu has helped reduce the death rate to 62%.
