A standing ovation was given to the late 'The Dark Knight' actor Heath Ledger after he was named as the 66th Golden Globe Awards' Best Supporting Actor.

On the acceptance speech, he said of Ledger, "He would be eternally missed, but he'll never be forgotten."

Beside Ledger, Sally Hawkins of "Happy-Go-Lucky" has won the Best Actress in Comedy or Musical. "Wall-E" and "Waltz with Bashir", in addition, have been dubbed Best Animated Picture and Best Foreign Language Film respectively.
