Trailer of After Dark's 'Slaughter' Haunts
Movie

The brand new trailer of Stewart Hopewell's horror movie lined up for After Dark's 8 Films to Die for, 'Slaughter', picks up the story of one of the most brutal crimes in American history.

AceShowbiz - After Dark Films have shared out a sneak peek into "Slaughter (2009)", one of the selections for After Dark Horrorfest III's "8 Films to Die for". Highlighting that the movie is inspired by true events happening in a remote farm near Atlanta, the newly-released trailer gives the idea that the movie will be violent, gruesome and unthinkable.

Opened with a far shot of a serene farm house, the trailer moves on showing that a young woman is answering an ads for roommate. It then continues showing that the woman is quick to befriend her new roommate when she settles down at the farm. But, soon she discovers that something has gone wrong at the remote place and that it offers terrifying forms of abuse.

Directed by Stewart Hopewell, "Slaughter" stars Antonia Bernath, Craig Robert Young, Lucy Holt, Maxim Knight and David Sterne. The horror movie will be premiered at After Dark Horrorfest III on January 9.
