Faith Hill is signed by Coty to do her own fragrance, whereas Courteney Cox is booked by Avon to promote its new scent for women, called Spotlight.
Both Faith Hill and Courteney Cox will have new scents to be launched in 2009. WWD reports Hill has been signed by Coty to do a signature fragrance, which is expected to be launched in late fall 2009.
On her partnership with the famous brand, the singer comments, "I am inspired by my travels around the world as well as my home. These experiences have made a mark on my style in what I wear, my surroundings and the perfume I choose." The name and composition of her upcoming first scent, however, are yet to be announced.
As for Courteney, she's been recruited by Avon to be the face of its new women's fragrance, called Spotlight, which is set to hit the stores in April in limited areas. The perfume, which is described as fresh and oriental, will be sold for $23 a bottle.
"I'm happy to be a part of a company I've known my whole life," Courteney admits in a statement. "Once I sat with them and learned more, they really blew me away with all the issues they support and the wonderful earnings opportunities they give women."
