Gerard Way, the lead vocalist of band My Chemical Romance, has announced through a representative that he and his wife Lindsey "Lyn-Z" Ann Ballato are expecting their first child together. The baby is due to be born early in the summer 2009.
It is not mentioned if the expectant parents have found out the sex of their forthcoming baby. It is also not known if they have chosen a name.
Gerard Way and Lindsey "Lyn-Z" Ann Ballato, who's the bassist for punk rock band Mindless Self Indulgence, were married in September 2007 at a ceremony that took place backstage at a concert in Denver. Neither of them has ever spoken publicly about their relationship.
Besides getting busy with his band, Gerard is also known as a comic book artist. His latest project, titled "The Umbrella Academy," has been out.

At first I was upset- OMG I wasn't going to be the mother of Gerard's first child?! But then I realised, no matter what he's said in the past, this is what he wants now, and him and Lyn-Z will make awesome parents, I'm sure. Just sad Lyn-Z won't be on the Relentless tour, I was hoping to go, but I'm not sure msi will be the same without. Small problem though... I keep imagining them... you know... :|:(.
