A new clip and preview of the next episode of "Ghost Whisperer" have been released. With the title "Heart & Soul", both sneak peeks hint on Melinda Gordon's second chance to fall in love again.
The preview of episode 4.08 features Melinda played by Jennifer Love Hewitt struggling hard to recover herself after the dead of his husband Jim Clancy portrayed by David Conrad. While doing so, she finds the urge to help a man, who is suffering from amnesia, to gain back his lost memory.
"Ghost Whisperer" is drama fantasy thriller series that follows the life of Melinda Gordon, a young woman who has the ability to see and communicate with the dead. The series was premiered on September 23 in 2005 and currently is in its fourth season.
Guest starring Kenneth Mitchell and Ellen Woglom, the next episode of "Ghost Whisperer" is scheduled to air on November 21 at 8/7c on CBS.

down with the writer who killed off jim. It was perfectly fine until they killed jim. season 4 was the worst because they took off rick pain and made jim all wierd. I was disgusted when they took off andrea but now jim and rick!! season 4 stinks! HOPE THEY CAN FIX THE MISTAKE.
We are in absolute shock over the killing of Jím's character. We don't know how the writers are now going to fix the mistake. We don't know if we will watch anymore. It was just absolutely ridiculous.
Don't you realise people just want to escape and enjoy watching a really nice show. There is enough sad things happening in the world that is why feel good tv does so well :( I love Jim
This was a favorite show because of the two main characters. I think this story line they now have is just terrible. In fact, I think it is ridiculous. Part of the success of the show, in my opinion, was due to the relationship between the couple. I think the writers or whoever was responsible for this story make a big mistake. My only other thought was that perhaps Jim wants to leave the show and I have considered that as a possibility. Even if that were the case, I think they should have developed a better script.
ok you writers of ghost whispers i spend every friday night watching this show it is my favorite w/o jim and melinda together its gonna be very hard to watch. my world stops when this show comes on I blow off going out with my friends going out on dates with my husband which by the way he was hooked on this show to.. so we date in front of the tv on fri at 8//now with jim off bad bad bad mistake what am i gonna do? I'll try to cont to watch as long as jim stays on i dont care how you do it just get him back on perm... you alread took off jay which you should think about bringing back he was as good as jim,,, if you cant or wont bring jim back bring jay back to become melindas husband i could handel that... hes awsum

We all know that in ghost whisperer that something big in the storyline was coming. The first season melinda find out that the underworld were planning something. Season two the five prophecies, and the last prophecy the death of a love one. in season three ep 14 called " THE GRAVESITTER ", when a man died and was in the underworld with is dead girlfriend, she said that if he stay they promise to give them what they don't have anymore...life. maybe in season four Jim was that prophecy. maybe thy underworld needed someone of pure of heart like Jim to die. we know Jim was the only one capable of possessing a human body, something that other ghost could do.
I have said it more than once before and most people who are fans of this programme will agree with me, regarding Jim character being killed off. Doesn't matter how the producers or writers try 2 keep ratings going after they kill Jim character off, it will never work because they have made a rotten mistake 2 get rid of Jim character in the first place after the 4th season, when he's already a big part of the show has much as melinda's and well loved character by the fans of the programme. U tell me now, how is this programme ratings going 2 remain the same as how it used 2 be while Jim physical character is gone permanentely from the show? All I am saying is, now that they get rid of a good geniume character in the flesh like Jim which is very hard 2 come by, the producers and the writers have definitely killed the ratings and I'm one fan that will never watch this programme ever again after the 4th season is over and I tell u many viewers will follow me and do exactly the same thing !!!
I thought this was the writers way of getting Jim off the show but instead it appears to be some perverted way of creating a new relationship for Jim and Melinda when they had a wonderful relationship already. It would have been more romantic for them to have the baby. Did the writers or the producer think we were getting bored with the story lines and that the reboot would help? They thought wrong. They made a bad decision and now they have to let it ride out and see what happens. Next time just fire the writers and let a main character live.
I heard from the producers of the show that they don't what to get rid of david conrad - Jim. I heard is not what we think it is. They say Jim has a journey to take. I watch the show for 3 seasons, if Jim death is part of a journey he has to take theirs one thing that don't make sense right now. The fact that Jim died and possess a body of a man ( called SAM ) that just died and crossover to the light, how can Jim take a human body when in season 2 ep 16 " The WALK IN " when a quarterback died and the spirit of a young boy possess is body, the body when dead and possess it is a zombie. The writers said " it's not want you think ", I think that Jim thinks he died, melinda said once that ghost sometimes want to see want they want to see, maybe Jim is in a coma, melinda at the hospital fail a sleep beside him, maybe melinda is having a prominition of what would happen if Jim died, and maybe melinda and Jim are having the same vision, Jim in a coma melinda is sleeping maybe they are connected, who knows.

Why mess up what millions loved? BIG MISTAKE - BIG - television has turned into a fiasco - this was the only show left and watched and now I won't watch any more - Jim and Melinda had something the rest of wish we had and we lived through them - Ridicuous story line - you would have done better by letting them have a baby and build a story line around that - DISGUSTED
I have Ghost whisperer season 1-3 on dvd. I am a fan but killing Jim a bad thing, season 4 episode 8, Jim as a ghost can possess a body that just died. that don't make sense, I come all the ghost that melinda help crossover don't do the same thing. go too the hospital wait till someone dies and possess they bodies like Jim did. I don't no wear the writers of Ghost whisperer are going with this?

I love this series dont get me wrong. I have watched since the first day it premiered. But ... I got to say. You writers kind of ruined the program. But I will still watch becuase I love the show. And also, I dont know what you accomplished by killing Jim off. I think you lost a lot of viewers when you did that. Not the wisest decisoon if I do say so myself.
I think that they really rocked the audience when they decided that it was time to kill Jim, ruining one of the best things about this show - Melinda and Jim's relationship... but I also think that the loyal viewers such as myself will continue to watch faithfully as we did before. If they can find a way to bring Jim back after the huge mistake they made of killing him off, well, I'll be all he happier :)If not I will still watch because I love the story-lines, the actors, and the love between Melinda and Jim will always be there whether he is on the show or not. I can't wait to see what the rest of the season will bring. I'm very disappointed that they killed Jim, especially when they were trying to have a baby and I think that that would have been the way to go instead of this turn of events... But if Melinda can have a chance to make it all happen with this 'new' Jim, I'll accept that as better than him gone forever.

Why do new writers mess up a perfectly good program? Against my better judgement I watched last nights episode and it only made the program worse than when they killed off Jim. When Jim's ghost went into that other body and he "came back to life" my thought was " that is as bad as my wife's soap operas" and after I told her that she said "No, its worse because in the soaps people don't jump into other peoples bodies. If there is a new actor/actress taking over the role of an established character the person "dies" and has no body found and people only assume they are dead, then the person comes back after plastic surgery and has a new face and life continues. But what your writers did totally goes against the programs original story line and purpose and if Melinda permits Jim to stay she needs to lose her "gift" and then the show should end!!
They have made a huge huge mess of a perfectly good show. If it aint broke don't fix it. Let's hope it is all a horrible dream. If they don't stop killing off the cast it will soon be ghosts whispering. Bring Jim back
