Guns N' Roses' 'Chinese Democracy' Comes Out, Dr Pepper for All

On November 23, Guns N' Roses' fans are invited to visit Dr Pepper's official website to get a coupon for a free can of their product in commemoration of the band's 'Chinese Democracy' release.

The release of Guns N' Roses' "Chinese Democracy" on November 25 through Best Buy will be celebrated with a giveaway product from soft drink company, Dr Pepper. "We never thought this day would come, but now that it's here all we can say is, The Dr Pepper's on us," Dr Pepper VP of marketing, Tony Jacobs, states.

Starting at 12:01 EST on November 23, people will have 24 hours to log on to Dr Pepper's official website. They can fill out an information form and later receive a coupon which is redeemable for one 20-oz Dr Pepper drink wherever the soft drink is sold. The coupon will expire on February 28, 2009.

Previously, Jacobs promised to give free cans of their products to all Americans if the band's album comes out before the end of 2008. "We're waiting to hear about 'Chinese Democracy' just like all the other GN'R fans," Jacobs said in a statement. "But if the rumors are true, we're putting the Dr Pepper on ice."
