Shia LaBeouf Suffers a Cut on 'Transformers II' Set

Shia LaBeouf
TMZ reported he received stitches on film set Tuesday, September 30 after suffering a cut below his eyebrow, but was soon to be back at work.

Being freed from DUI charges after he was involved in a car crash that happened in July 2008, Shia LaBeouf unfortunately couldn't escape another injury, suffering a cut below his eyebrow while working on "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" on Tuesday, September 30. The injury required him to receive stitches, but that didn't stop the actor from getting back on set soon thereafter.

TMZ was the first to report the incident. It claimed Shia got some stitches on set. Representative for him had no comment on the star's latest injury.

The injury that Shia suffered from a car accident in Hollywood on July 27, 2008 had been written into the script for the upcoming action adventure flick, "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen." No words if his latest injury would also be included in the storyline for the sequel of the 2007 "Transformers".

"Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" sees Shia and the other cast, including Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, and Tyrese Gibson, reprising their roles. The movie is slated for a June 26, 2009 release date.
