Pop singer Kat Deluna failed to gather praises for singing national anthem at Monday Night Football Game in Dallas on September 15. At the beginning, the 20-year-old singer had a good start but in the middle of her live performance, she forgot some of the lyrics, resulting on disappointed murmur from the Texas crowd.
The negative response also happened due to the addition of several extra lyrics that she threw into the performance to cover the missing ones. To make matters worse, she used violent body gesticulations to match her powerful voice and that got her hard booed by the audience.
Kat is an American singer raised in the Dominican Republic. Her talent as a singer was revealed after her hit single "Whine Up" from her debut album "9 Lives" debuted last year. The song peaked at number 29 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won Billboard's Best Latin Song Award in 2007.

Am I just stupid or did she get all the lyrics right? The notes were off but the words seemed fine to me.
That was not a great performance but the girl didn't forget any lyrics, she may have added some poorly way off high notes, buts whats said is the girl can actually sing its to bad she didn't show it on national television
she didn't forget the lyrics at all. she's an R&B latin singer and that's her style of singing. she was a little off-tone in one high key note.. but the over-all performance was great! Anyone can do that?
first off kat de luna is around 26 not 20 and yeah she was trying to be baaad but she was baaaaaaaaaaadddd!
