As "Nip/Tuck" is heading to its sixth and final season, the cast regulars on the FX medical drama series fall in a serious negotiation with the producers for weeks. According to reports, the series' stars, including Julian McMahon, Dylan Walsh, Joely Richardson, Kelly Carlson and Roma Maffia, are looking to get a substantial raise from their current salary.

Through the negotiations, McMahon and Dylan Walsh are expecting to double up their paycheck from $125,000 per episode to $250,000, while Richardson and the others quest to get raises on their incomes. The stars ground their reason on the difficulty they may be facing in landing new gigs in the next few years due to the fact that the series will be aired until 2011.

"Nip/Tuck" is an Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning television drama resolving around the life of two plastic surgeons, Christian Troy and Sean McNamara. It has been said that part two of season five which consists of the remaining 8 episodes is slated to be broadcast in November 2008, while season six will take off in August 2009. ok.... for what they make for one episode, you are considered to be well off if you make that much for one year.

I have been following Nip/Tuck from the beginning and have to say that the edge that once made it so great is gone. It just keeps getting more ridiculous! Which is sad because it was such a great show! It was my favorite! I love all the characters. And I hate that it takes so long to put out new seasons! I am hoping the final season is as good as the first. I really think that it is a shame that the writers took something that the viewers loved and screwed it all up!!!!!!

Nip/Tuck's quality has diminished, however it's still good and silly and not to be taken too seriously. Having said that, I still get nervous when our favourites get into danger. The only reason Nip/Tuck is still on the air is because of the ridiculous storylines. No other TV show could get away with some of the stuff Nip/Tuck puts forward. Unfortunatly, the producers don't seem to want to let the characters develop and insist on keeping Julia in, despite the fact she is beyond miserable.

Nip Tuck stinks. It has gotten progressively worse each season. From far fetched story lines to ridiculous dialogue...I'm no longer interested in watching this terrible show.

Love Nip/Tuck too. It's provocative, funny and sometimes shocking ;D The cast members especially the two leads are so competent and are very convincing in their roles. They certainly deserve to get a good raise! :D

I love Nip/Tuck. I think the fifth season was one of the best. I've followed it from the beginning. And I was very surprised to learn that they don't get paid as well as other shows. Considering that other stars are practically banging down the doors to star on the show. I'm also surprised that it's never won an Emmy, only one Gloden Globe. It's one of the most watched shows, but it's only won once. They deserve the pay raise, they also deserve the right to work on other projects in their down time.
