One of the Jonas Brothers celebrated his birthday and as a whole family, the rest of the band members celebrated it too. Joe Jonas turned 19 years old on Friday, August 15 and his brothers Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas, plus their parents helped him marking the big day in style. They presented him with a birthday cake and gave him a brand new motorcycle with a sidecar as a birthday present.
Getting his birthday surprise during an interview with Radio Disney on-air personality Ernie D in New York on Friday, Joe was photographed blowing out 20 candles, one of which reportedly was for good luck, which were placed on top of a strawberry birthday cake while his brothers and parents sang "Happy Birthday" to him. The radio station staff sang for him too.
"I'm pumped!" so Joe said about the new wheel he got. Older brother Kevin jokingly told him not to worry for "there were lots of helmets given."
In related news, the band's third studio album "A Little Bit Longer" has temporarily led Neilsen SoundScan's Building chart early last week, selling 201,000 copies since it was released on August 12. The attainment leads music experts to speculate that the LP might lead some other charts.
