Several websites report on her nude pics which were among the items seized by the FBI concerning ex-lover Raffaello Follieri's arrest of fraud, claiming they will be leaked onto the net in two weeks.

AceShowbiz - Not all is well in the life of Anne Hathaway. The notable actress is the latest Hollywood public figure who gets caught in nude pictures scandal. It's just a matter of time for the world to see her raunchy pics online as several webs have claimed that the photos, which were among the items seized by the FBI concerning her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri's arrest, will be leaked onto the Internet soon.
Hathaway has been the subject of non-stop tabloid coverage following her break up with Follieri in June. The real estate developer himself was arrested in the same month for fraud. Ending her romance with him which supposedly is meant as an attempt to clear her reputation as a movie star, she might be facing worse consequences of dating him.
Per the National Enquirer, Follieri had reportedly taken several nude photos of Hathaway, taken by a famous photographer he paid. One of the photographs is said to feature her in black fishnet stockings with a bustier and garter belt, exposing her breasts.
Hathaway's older brother Michael initially tried to recover the pictures from a storage unit in the Bronx, New York where Follieri had kept some of his and the actress' belongings. Unfortunately for him that the FBI who are investigating the businessman following his arrest for fraud and money laundering had already removed the shots as they searched for evidence against him.
And while the photos might be in the hands of the FBI, gossip website Gawker.com claims the shots will be made public "in another two weeks or so". Fox News adds that the photographer who took the pics "is believed to have copies and it is questionable whether Follieri's friends do as well."
Despite her nude pics scandal, Hathaway has previously been seen topless for her roles in "Havoc" and "Brokeback Mountain."
