Some sources told OK! magazine to have seen the former husband and wife kissing on the street and were really affectionate with each other.

AceShowbiz - It appears that Kate Hudson is going full-speed ahead on her romance as she's been spotted kissing her ex-husband Chris Robinson, less than a week after reports of her split from Lance Armstrong hit the net. The sighting has sent rumors spreading like wildfire that the former husband and wife are back on.

OK! magazine cited its "spies" as claiming to have seen Kate and Chris kissing on the street. The publication reports the actress arrived at Teteboro airport in New Jersey Thursday, July 31 with son Ryder, and they were met by Chris.

"They were really affectionate with each other and gave each other a kiss which lasted much longer then a platonic kiss should last - 20 seconds, maybe a little longer," one of the spies told OK! "Without going into all the details the kiss was more than just friends. They seemed like something more going on and were very affectionate with each other."

Adding fuel to the rumors that the former couple have rekindled their romance, a friend of Kate revealed, "She and Chris have always been close and she turns to her exes after most of her breakups."

In the wake of the report, a claim emerged from an associate at Lance's LiveStrong foundation who told the Chicago Sun-Times Kate's recent split from the cyclist was caused by the fact that she was "just too needy." Lance is said to have the feeling that the actress came on "too strong, too fast." "Kate was way too desperate, a woman who clearly can't be on her own without a man in her life at all times," the associate said.

Kate married Chris, The Black Crowes vocalist and father of his son, in 2000. They had their divorce finalized in 2007. She began dating Lance around May this year. Report on their break up emerged just last week, with a source saying "There was no drama or ugliness - they just decided to end things. There is no hatred, just sadness."
