Coming to the 2008 San Diego Comic Con, Hugh Jackman shares his insight on the upcoming 'X-Men' spin-off, 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine'.

AceShowbiz - The 2008 San Diego Comic Con has kicked off its film festivities officially on Thursday, July 24 and with it came a bunch of chances to get more scoop on the next highly anticipated movies. Amidst the studios' presentations of their upcoming movies, Movie Web gets the opportunity to go one-on-one with the star of forthcoming "X-Men Origins: Wolverine", Hugh Jackman.

Giving press the chance to question him about "Wolverine", Jackman shared a bit about what fans should expect from the spin-off of the "X-Men" series. In the video interview which can be seen below, the 39-year-old revealed that moviegoers will be presented with the story of Wolverine right from the beginning where viewers can see him as a young child also.

From the man who brought "Rendition" to the big screen, Gavin Hood, "Wolverine" chronicles the violent and romantic past of the mutant superhero. The movie set seventeen years before "X-Men" films will follow Logan as he joins the Weapon X program. Expected to be outed on May 1, 2009, the 20th Century Fox' flick also stars Liev Schreiber, Ryan Reynolds, Troye Mellet, Lynn Collins and many others.
