The actor and oil heir confirmed Monday, July 21 that he indeed has separated from wife Rosetta Millington yet "will not be commenting any further."

AceShowbiz - His romance with Sienna Miller is a secret no more and the many pictures of them getting engaged in lewd act have been all over the news media for sometime. It was not until Monday, July 21 though that Balthazar Getty officially confirmed his separation from wife and the mother of his four children, Rosetta Millington.
In his best attempt to set the record straight on the many speculation surrounding his relationship with both Rosetta and Miller, the oil heir and actor issued a statement, confirming he and Rosetta have separated. The confirmation, thus, also verified his romance with Miller.
"The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," so read the statement. "In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."
Revealed no further details about his romance with Miller, it appears that Getty simply let the pictures do the talking as photos of them canoodling on Italy's Amalfi Coast last week have been exposed by a number of major news media. His estranged wife Rosetta is feeling "humiliated" by all the pics, a source has confirmed.
