In fact, Marvel haven't come out with any confirmation on the signing of Seamus O'Grady's depicter in "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle".
Earlier, it has been reported that Marvel have finally reached a deal with director Jon Favreau for him coming back to helm the second film. Meanwhile, on the casting report, the studio are said to be closing in to sign a deal with the movie's star Robert Downey Jr. for his return.
