Miley Cyrus' highly anticipated new music video for her first single "7 Things" has just been premiered today, June 28. The clip was directed by famous Hollywood director Brett Ratner and was shot in Los Angeles starting from May 30.
Just like what Miley previously stated, the clip was intended to shout her anger on her ex-boyfriend. The teen idol's anger can be seen clearly from her expression in most of the scenes. Beside the singer and her band, the video also features lots of upset girls shouting out their feelings to their ex-boyfriends.
Earlier this week, Miley told Ryan Seacrest in an interview that she hopes her new video can really hit her ex-boyfriend and will make him call her after watching it. "I wanted them (sic) to be upset. That was my point. Maybe after my video we'll hear from somebody, because it's pretty honest," she said.
The song was taken from Miley's sophomore effort "Breakout", set to be outed on July 22 via Hollywood Records. "7 Things" was first debuted on May 12 on Radio Disney and it was then released via iTunes on June 17.

I don't know about everyone else, but I mostly hate Miley Cyrus because she supposedly dated Nick Jonas, who I am head-over-heels in love with. I KNOW she's just making that crap up. Someone as smart as Nick wouldn't fall for a poptart like that.

I have always luvd miley's music and her personality and this music just made me like it more! THIS MUSIC VIDEO ROCKS! I LUV U MILEY! but i still wonder whos her ex?

i absoulutley love the song she really shows who she is and strongly expresses the emotions within the lyrics and within her video, its not like all of her hannah montanna stuff, its not childish and she really growing as an artist, Im begining to like her that much more.
