The new clip from the punk rock act for their latest single from the upcoming album "Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace" has been premiered.

Punk rock band The Offspring have finally premiered their new music video on Monday, June 9 via IGN.com. The new clip was made for their first single "Hammerhead" and directed by Teqtonic.

The new clip features a 3D animation that shows animated people and animals, such as birds and robotic dogs. The story seems related to war as it features lots of army and military scenes. The end of the video sees a beautiful scenery of the sky at sunset.

Beside making their original music video, the band previously have set a contest for their fans to make their own version for "Hammerhead" clip. The winner of the contest will be picked by the rockers themselves and receive $10,000 .

The single, that was taken from their new album "Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace", has been released by the band via radio stations on May 5. Not only that, the song will also be featured as a soundtrack for the upcoming American Football game Madden NFL 09, to be outed on August 12.

Meanwhile, Offspring's new LP is being planned to hit the stores on June 17, but the band have already made it available for tuning at their official iMeem site starting from June 9.
