His long time manager and attorney has slammed reports that he was involved in a near fatal car accident, insisted he's very healthy and is busy working on his next LP.
A manager for Lil' Flip has poured cold water to previous reports that the hip hop artist was involved in a near fatal car accident in his hometown Tuesday, June 3. Denouncing the false report, the manager insisted Lil' Flip is very healthy.
As reported earlier, Lil' Flip was injured in a car crash occurred on Southwest side of Houston. His unidentified car was to said to be totaled with Flip himself was quickly rushed to hospital where he was treated for neck and wrist injuries.
A spokesperson for Lil' Flip broke the accident report to the press, while at the same time also stated in a statement, "We are looking forward to Lil' Flip's speedy recovery so we can get back to promoting and doing shows for his July 29th release of Holla Back."
Much contrary to the spokesperson's confirmation, Lil Flip's long time manager and attorney Sandy Lal has issued a denial, labeled the car accident reports as untrue. "Lil Flip was not involved in any accident," Sandy told AllHipHop.com. "He's very healthy [and] just returned from overseas touring. He will begin working on his next album very shortly."
Lil' Flip, in the meantime, is hard at work on his upcoming LP, a follow up to his 2007 album "I Need Mine."
