Much contrary to her representative's denial, her mother Dina Lohan has confirmed to People her recent trip to the hospital was because "she was having an asthma attack."
Is she or isn't she? Dina Lohan, the mother of Lindsay Lohan, broke her silence of her actress daughter's recent visit to the hospital, confirmed to People it was "because she was having an asthma attack."
Lindsay was photographed on Thursday, May 29 leaving Century City Hospital in Los Angeles with rumored lover Samantha Ronson which then prompted speculation that she experienced complications due to her asthma on board a flight from New York. A denial was soon issued by her representative, who said the following day the star went to the hospital to pay a visit to a friend.
Much contrary to the denial, Dina did confirm to People that Lindsay went to the hospital on Thursday night because she was having an asthma attack.
"She was losing oxygen. She couldn't breathe," Dina told the publication. "She was afraid to go the hospital because [the paparazzi] were gonna write about it. She was sick," she went on saying, adding "If you were sick, and you're mother couldn't even take you to a hospital because paparazzi will fabricate some story, you know, it's sad. It's really sad."
