Model Lauren Hastings accused Lindsay Lohan of stealing thousands of dollars worth of items from her closet during a party last year.

AceShowbiz - Hot on the heels of her being accused of stealing a fur coat, worth $11,000, from a Columbia University student during a January 26, 2008 bash, another accusation addressed to Lindsay Lohan erupted by the hour. Model Lauren Hastings says on the buzznet.com website that Lindsay stole thousands of dollars worth of items from her closet, Inside Edition reports.
According to Hastings, the incident took place when her house-sitter hosted an unauthorized late night party at her house last spring, which Lindsay attended. Was away on a job when the party was held, Hastings came home and discovered her empty closets. "Basically, I have two closets, a lot of the stuff was missing out of one and the next closet was almost completely empty," she revealed on a video featured on the buzznet site.
Citing five witnesses, Hastings went on saying, "They all said they saw Lindsay Lohan basically in my closet, handing a bag of clothes to her bodyguard".
According to reports, Hastings then reached out to Lindsay before at last decided to call the police. The model was quoted as saying, "I contacted Lindsay and said, 'Look, I know you stole my clothes.' She then said I was completely delusional, I was pathetic, I was out of my mind." Los Angeles County prosecutors, nevertheless, declined to press charges against Lindsay, citing insufficient evidence of Hastings' claims.
Neither Lindsay nor her camp responds to the report just yet.
