Leona Lewis Stays On Top of Lil Wayne

The English singer's "Bleeding Love" keeps its position at the top of the U.S. chart this week holding off the rapper's "Lollipop".

AceShowbiz - British singer still manages to invade the U.S. music chart as Leona Lewis with her single "Bleeding Love" holds her throne on the Billboard 100 chart top spot this week. The pop singer keeps the #1 position for fourth non-consecutive weeks and the second week in a row.

Following Leona on second place is Lil Wayne's "Lollipop" that holds its last week's position. Jordin Sparks featuring Chris Brown's "No Air" also keeps its spot on #3, while Usher's "Love In This Club" feat. Young Jeezy climbed one step to #4 from its previous 5th position. Behind it is Ray J featuring Yung Berg's "Sexy Can I" which also rises up from its 6th position to #5 this week.

Meanwhile, Madonna's "4 Minutes" featuring Justin Timberlake and Timbaland has to slip down two spots from last week's 4th spot to #6. At #7 Mariah Carey with "Touch My Body" still holds her position there, one place behind Mariah at #8 is Natasha Bedingfield with "Pocketful of Sunshine". Slipping down 8-9 this week is Sara Bareilles' "Love Song" and the last of the top ten seat is taken by Jesse McCartney with his new single "Leavin'".

Leona herself has had more acknowledgment regarding her music after she was picked as one of the performers for Nelson Mandela's 90th Birthday concert. The event is a star-studded gig with other famous names, such as Queen and Annie Lennox.
