Soccer god David Beckham reportedly has signed on to join the cast of U.S. children's show "Sesame Street" and already filmed his cameo last week.

AceShowbiz - Is a father of three aside from his football career, David Beckham is really into it when it comes to teaching kids. The soccer god reportedly has signed on to join the cast of U.S. children's show "Sesame Street" and already shot his cameo last week.

Is said to have been always a huge fan of the show, David is following in the footsteps of Robert De Niro, Jamie Foxx and James Blunt who have also appeared in the hit show alongside Big Bird, Elmo and Bert and Ernie. Chose to explain the word "persistence" for the cameo, David "was more than happy to go on. He had a great time filming. A real laugh," The Sun quoted a source as saying.

In other David news, the Los Angeles Galaxy star has recently landed in the middle of messy legal battle between two young boys, after he gave away his shirt at a game in Hawaii. He approached the youngsters, aged 9 and 10, following an exhibition match at Honolulu's Aloha Stadium on April 23 and handed over his sweaty kit.

The two boys apparently battled to win a piece of David and their parents were left arguing over who gets to keep the shirt. The argument has now developed into a lawsuit.
