Jamie Lynn Spears is said to have asked her sister Britney Spears to be her bridesmaid.

AceShowbiz - Hot on the heels of Jamie Lynn Spears' hometown wedding talks, rumors are abuzz that the younger Spears has asked sister Britney Spears to be her bridesmaid. Jamie Lynn is reported to be planning to wed fiance Casey Aldridge in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana. She's expected to stay true to her small-town roots by tying the knot at Britney's "Serenity" estate.
"She'll have the baby there, and soon after, she will also get married there," a friend of Jamie Lynn tells OK! "I expect she'll want to wait at least several months to get her figure back so she can wear a beautiful wedding gown and then have her dream wedding."
On asking Britney to be her bridesmaid, a source close to the Spears family revealed, Jamie Lynn "wants Britney to head her list of bridesmaids."
The report hasn't been confirmed by the Spears family just yet.
Britney has recently been offered a job by animal rights activist group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) to be their "virtual receptionist." The organization is even willing to make a $1,000 donation to a children's charity, should Britney agrees to work with them. No words from the pop star and her people though.
