This would be the single that is produced by Akon for the Americanized version of her 'Spirit' album.

With the U.S. version of "Spirit" ready to be released next week, a new track from Leona Lewis called "Forgive Me" has surfaced on-line. This would be one of the two the joints that is added to the original version so that it can appeal to American fans.

"Forgive Me" is produced by Akon and has the Pop/R 'n' B vibe that is not the major sound of the original U.K. version. Another track called "Misses Glass" has also been prepared to support the release. It is a piece produced by Madd Scientist and Rock City who was also contacted by Lewis' producer Clive Davis to revamp the album.

"Spirit" will be released Stateside on April 8 via Simon Cowell's label J/SyCo Music with its first single "Bleeding Love" already peaking at #1 on Billboard Hot 100 chart and making her the first British female solo artist to top the U.S. pop chart in 21 years.
