Win a "Sex and the City experience" with Kristin Davis. The Golden Globe and Emmy award-nominated actress best known for the role of Charlotte York on HBO's "Sex and the City" is auctioning off two VIP tickets to the "Sex and the City" movie premiere in New York City in a bid to raise money for charity.
Davis is offering a pair of tickets to the May 2008 premiere of the comedy romance flick in an online sale on auction Website eBay. All funds raised from the sale will go to charity Oxfam America, which is an international relief and development organization that creates lasting solutions to poverty, hunger and injustice.
"Oxfam's mission is to alleviate poverty and injustice by helping people learn skills and create lives. I just got back from Africa and saw firsthand that we're making a long-term difference. It gives me a sense of satisfaction," Davis explained on her good deed.
In addition to getting a chance to meet Davis personally during the movie premiere, the winning bidder and a friend will have their hair and make-up professionally styled at the Prive Salon, and receive a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes. Greater than all, the winning bid will also accompany Davis down the red carpet at the screening.
The forthcoming "Sex and the City", set to be released on May 30 later this year, also sees the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon, and Chris Noth reprising their TV roles for moviegoers.
