Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina Lohan has denied reports her daughter was approached by Hugh Hefner to strip off for a photo shoot in his famous Playboy Magazine.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan is not being offered to strip off for a photo shoot in Playboy Magazine despite rumors to the contrary. The star's mother Dina Lohan has denied reports her daughter was approached by Hugh Hefner to strip off for a photo shoot in his famous men's magazine.

Lindsay recently bared all for New York Magazine's February 25, 2008 issue, recreating the late Marilyn Monroe's final nude photo-shoot "The Last Sitting" which was done shortly before she died. She was paired with photographer Bert Stern who photographed Monroe back in 1962 at the Hotel Bel-Air in California, six weeks before she was found dead from an overdose of barbiturates.

The success of Lindsay's version of "The Last Sitting" that made the New York Magazine's Website crashed under the massive volume of hits then prompted tabloid reports that she was approached to appear in Playboy Magazine to recreate Monroe's famous naked swim from her unfinished film "Something's Got to Give".

Her mother Dina, in fact, insisted no offer has been made. "That [offer] never happened," she tells Usmagazine.com. "That would be a no."
