Shia LaBeouf's Upcoming Thriller Pushed Back to September Release

It was reported that the much awaited political thriller film 'Eagle Eye' featuring the star of 'Transformers' won't be released in August, instead it is set for September 26 date.

The release date of upcoming thriller "" featuring "" star has reportedly been pushed back. According to Slash Film, the scheduled date of the film from "" helmer D.J. Caruso has been moved back from its August 8 date to September 26.

Apart from revealing the pushing back of the release date, Slash Film mentioned that DreamWorks haven't let out reasons behind the reshuffling. It was explained though that because of the moving back, the film will be up against and -starred film "" and Universal Pictures' remake-action film "" starring .

The political film that is re-teaming LaBeouf with Caruso centers the story on a slacker and a single mother, who both found out that they have been framed as terrorists. The principal photography of the film starring also , and has been started back in November 2007 in Chicago, Illinois. It is scheduled to wrap up in Apple Valley, California in February 2008.
