Winners of the 34th Annual People's Choice Awards in the music category has been led by Justin Timberlake. After his song 'What Goes Around...Comes Around' had snatched 'Pop Song', it was later announced that he was also people's choice of 'Male Singer'.
Timberlake's contribution on the song 'Give It to Me' was also recognized for it won 'Hip-Hop Song' category, sharing it with the owner Timbaland and another collaborator, Nelly Furtado. If he won the 'Male' favorite, Gwen Stefani claimed the 'Female' counterpart while country band Rascal Flatts took the 'Group'.
'Rock Song' title goes to DAUGHTRY's 'Home' and 'R'n'B Song' falls in the hand of Rihanna for her second single off 'Good Girl Gone Bad' album, 'Shut Up and Drive'. The Flatts gained their second winning by taking the 'Country Song' through their 2007 hit 'Stand'.
Elsewhere, The Police was hailed as the best 'Reunion Tour' while one of the songs in musical film 'Hairspray' titled 'You Can't Stop the Beat' was voted highest for 'Song from a Soundtrack'.
People's Choice Awards that was held on Tuesday, January 8 was hosted by Queen Latifah and broadcast by CBS at 9 P.M. EST. For full winners in other categories such as TV and movie, log on to PcaVote.com.
