Mike Jones Changes Album Title and Release Date


Mike Jones will no longer release an album this year, saving his new materials for 'The Voice of the Streets' which is due 2008.

Changes have been made to Mike Jones' sophomore set. If previously the album was named 'The American Dream', it will now be released under the title 'The Voice of the Streets'.

Apparently, the old title was saved for the EP that was released in place of the album. 'The American Dream' EP was released on November 20, with 6 songs in the track list, including two materials from the first album, 'Still Tippin'' and 'Back Then'.

Meanwhile, the full-length album, 'The Voice of the Streets' will be dropped in March 2008, according to some reports. It will feature a lead single called 'Drop and Gimme 50' that features fellow rapper Hurricane Chris. The song was already posted on Jones' MySpace page.
