First Charlie Wilson's War Video Featurette Hits

A new material from the star-studded "Charlie Wilson's War" has safely landed on the net for us to take a peek at. No, it's not the next trailer for the drama, but a featurette instead, which is the first to come from the marketing campaign on the flick.

There you can view interviews with cast members Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts, and Philip Seymour Hoffman as well as with director Mike Nichols and screenwriter Aaron Sorkin. Handfuls of footage are also shown in between, most of them you have already seen in the previously-released trailer.

Based on George Crile's 2003 book of the same title, "Charlie Wilson's" is the true story of how a playboy congressman, a renegade CIA agent and a beautiful Houston socialite joined forces to lead the largest and most successful covert operation in history. Actresses Emily Blunt and Amy Adams made their cameo appearances here with Blunt reportedly filming her part in only two days.
