Finally we can get our first look at Jessica Simpson in motion as a pampered film star who desperately signs on to be an army officer. Yes, Millennium Films as one of the studio behind her latest vehicle "Major Movie Star" has already brought up a promo trailer for the comedy online by now.

The piece is clear enough in giving us understanding about the flick's basic plot while mostly showing moments spent by Simpson's character Megan Parker at the army training.
Also starring Vivica A. Fox, Olesya Rulin, and Steve Guttenberg, "Star" is directed by Steve Miner from script by April Blair and Holly Sorensen with additional material by Amy McGee and Cheri Oteri. Filming began in mid July 2007 using some locations in Louisiana such as Camp Minden, Bossier City, and Shreveport.
