AceShowbiz - Sure you must be wide awake to watch this early footage from the psychological thriller. Yes, a trailer for Jessica Alba-starrer "Awake" has been smoothly released by MGM and The Weinstein Company on the net by now.

Shown in a time-line fashion, it presents shots from the wonderful life Christensen's character has up to his heart surgery where he experiences the "anesthetic awareness."
Written and directed by Joby Harold, "Awake" bills Alba as the love of Christensen's character Clay, Olin as Clay's mother, and Howard as a doctor who previously saved his life and is now his good friend. Pic originally cast "Requiem for a Dream" star Jared Leto to play the male lead, but in the end gave the part to Christensen instead.
