Demi Moore has legally changed her name to Mrs. Kutcher, two years after she married the junior actor.

It's official. Demi Moore is now Mrs. Kutcher. The actress has legally changed her name into Mrs. Kutcher, two years after she married actor husband Ashton Kutcher.

Entertainment media Actressarchives.com wrote that an insider told America's In Touch magazine, "Demi did this for Ashton. She knew that this was something he wanted, so she finally made the switch."

With the legal name-change, Demi will thus be Mrs. Kutcher on her black American Express card, her passport and other official documents. However, the source revealed further, the actress will keep her name from her first marriage to songwriter Freddie Moore for all her professional endeavors.

Demi and Kutcher tied the knot on September 24, 2005. He is 16 years her junior.
