Kate Walsh and Fiance Alex Young Exchange Vows

Kate Walsh and Alex Young said "I do", finally. The actress and film executive exchanged vows in a fairytale ceremony Saturday September 1st at the Ojai Presbyterian Church, a few hours outside of Los Angeles.

Walsh wore a custom-made Monique Lhuillier dress, while Young wore the requisite penguin suit.

Among the 100 guests were Walsh's "Grey's Anatomy" co-stars Katherine Heigl, Chandra Wilson, Sara Ramirez and Justin Chambers. The show's creator Shonda Rhimes, actress Kate Beckinsale and her director husband Len Wiseman were also seen attending the event.

Following the ceremony, kicked off with a gospel choir rendition of Rascal Flatts' hit "Bless the Broken Road," there will be a lavish reception at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa's Casa Elar, a Spanish-style estate where guests treated to a sit-down dinner. The newlyweds are also expected to host a post-wedding brunch for their guests on Sunday morning August 2nd.

This is the first marriage for both Walsh and Young. Congrats for them.
