Once again gathered together merrily, cast members of 20th Century Fox's "Death Sentence" greeted one another as they all landed their feet at Tribeca Cinema on Tuesday, August 28 for the New York City premiere of the thriller drama.
Spotted walking down the red carpet were leading stars Kevin Bacon and Kelly Preston, who got accompanied by beloved husband John Travolta. Director James Wan and screenwriter Ian Jeffers were also present, along with other cast members like Stuart Lafferty, Garrett Hedlund, Hector Atreyu Ruiz, and Aisha Tyler, who looked gorgeous in her mini black dress.
Set for an August 31, 2007 release, "Death Sentence" is loosely based on Brian Garfield's 1975 novel and centers on Bacon's character Nick Hume, a man who becomes a vengeful vigilante killer after his son is murdered by a gang during a robbery. Bacon was noted telling Entertainment Tonight at the premiere that shooting the movie was indeed stressful at times.
"We had about five minutes in the movie where we were happy and the rest of it was just various levels of tension," the actor recalled.
