Not only Shayne Ward's lead single 'If That's Okay With You' that gets the video streaming but also the A-side single 'No U Hang Up'.
X Factor winner Shayne Ward decides to give equal treatment to his new singles 'If That's Okay With You' and 'No U Hang Up'. If the former has been confirmed to be the official lead single and made the music video, the latter also gets its clip and status as the A-side song.
The video for the mid-tempo 'No U Hang Up' has just been completed and has been roaming file sharing websites for sometime. It received a cut in some scenes after it's considered "too raunchy" for younger audience. The TV executives decided to eliminate the parts where he makes out with a model in bed, swimming pool and grassy knoll.
One exec said, "We had to ask the record company to cut the steamiest scenes so we would be able to show it. The video arrived on Friday morning and we were due to start showing it over the weekend."
'If That's Okay With You' has been premiered on Key 103 radio on August 6 and will get its digital release on September 23, just one day prior its physical release. The video for this song has also been played in satellite channels like The Box.
Full length album which is yet-untitled, will arrive in November after pushed from it October release. Speaking on the new record Ward said, "The first album gave me so much more room to step up to the next level - to doing a lot more tempo. So I'm very excited. We've gone for a real funky happy track... We've gone for a really summer feel."
