Lindsay Lohan reached a plea deal Thursday August 23rd on misdemeanor drunken driving and cocaine charges that calls for her to spend one day in jail.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan is just the other young celebrity that has to deal with the law concerning DUI charges besides Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. The train wreck reached a plea deal Thursday August 23rd on misdemeanor drunken driving and cocaine charges that will find her spending one day in jail, serving 10 days of community service and completing a drug-treatment program.
Lindsay was charged with seven misdemeanors early that day stemmed from two drunken-driving arrests, avoiding more serious felony drug charges because tests showed there wasn't enough cocaine on her to warrant them.
The 21-year-old actress was charged with two counts each of driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08 percent and being under the influence of cocaine, along with one count of reckless driving.
Attorney Blair Berk entered pleas on Lindsay's behalf. As part of the plea deal, she was also ordered to attend 18 months of an alcohol education program during her three-year probation. She, in addition, must serve the time before January 18th next year.
Meanwhile, Lindsay is currently at the Cirque Lodge treatment center in Sundance, Utah, where she's said to be receiving "medical treatment."
