Actress Karen Allen is set to reprise her role of Marion Ravenwood in "Fourth Installment of the Indiana Jones Adventures."
Yes, Marion Ravenwood is back. After weeks of speculations, an announcement stating Karen Allen will reprise her stint as the character was finally made by the filmmakers of "Fourth Installment of the Indiana Jones Adventures" at this year's Comic-Con International in San Diego.
Allen's inclusion thereby marks her as the second star after Harrison Ford to return to the adventure franchise. Veteran actor Sean Connery previously was contacted to get back as well to play Indy's father Professor Henry Jones, but refused the offer due to his wish to continue enjoying his retirement.
The follow-up to 1989's "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade", "Indy 4" is currently in production with prominent flimmaker Steven Spielberg helming from script penned by David Koepp and Jeff Nathanson. It has just been learned that the official site for the movie has been updated with a big clue in a new photo that is also downloadable as a wallpaper.
